Received Order - Missing Product HELP!

Hey everyone,

Not sure where to post, I am fairly new to using MOMs just received my second order, which is where I have a problem. I ordered 2 ounces on Tuesday Feb 26, just received the package today containing only one ounce. I opened the outside packaging but when I realized there was only one ounce I left the inside packaging (vacuum sealed bag) intact. I took pictures as well to clearly show the bag is still sealed. I contacted the MOM just waiting for a response, this is my first time using this MOM. I guess my question is should I do anything else? I don't want to leave a bad review without talking with them first but I definitely don't want anyone else to end up paying double for their product. Paid $264 for 2 ounces which I didn't mind, but $264 for one ounce I definitely have a problem with.

Any comments/suggestions are welcome,

better just to try to contact the Mom,hold tight they may have to analyze video footage of their packaging area to see what happened..Moms can take up to 24hrs to respond (some longer,but 24hrs is usually the norm)..

good luck getting a resolve..

You should be fine. U got proof of it still sealed and missing product im sure the mom will right it. I hope anyways lol gl bud

If its a good MOM then they should take care of you.
It happens from time to time. People make mistakes. How mistakes are handled speaks volumes about the MOM.

So since you are new to moms, I’d recommend to record all future openings. This is the best proof to have. A picture of the sealed package is still good though.

Hope the mom pulls through.
