Where do you get that impression? They posted once about what I assumed was vacation destinations in Europe, and have also posted about MOMs they've used in the past.

We're looking to bring someone in who excels in areas we lack.

We had a run at it last year and had a few teething problems. Nothing serious, but we wan't to run a smooth
and polished operation.

Yes. A fall guy. Not a smart one though, they'd need to be a real moron to take equity in a company.
