Thought I'd share my experience so far with weed-deals.ca

Over the weekend, I visited my sister in law and her boyfriend told me about this place, he had just received his order after waiting for his friend to receive his. Seemed legit, two people I knew got their orders.

I placed my order on Tuesday, sent the e transfer, got the confirmation, e transfer withdrawn, everything seems ok. Yesterday the order was on hold and I tried to contact them through the contact form because I accidentally put in my old postal code (recently moved), no reply.

Today I check the site and my order is not listed on my order page anymore. Their chat doesn't work, neither do both phone numbers listed. I emailed them using the address listed, so I will wait and see if I get a reply tomorrow.

All in all, I was hoping to get my order by Friday but clearly not. Thankfully it wasn't that much money so I can easily cut my losses.

New account and this is your only post. Been using weed-deals for months and never had an issue. Have friends who use it and they've never had any issues. I've watched friends use the chat to ask questions. Just sayin'.

Both times I tried the chat it said they were busy and asked for my email but I never heard back.

However, I just found their reply to the email I sent yesterday so it looks promising. Still doesn't explain why my order has been removed from the order page.

I will keep this post updated with my experience.

perhaps it was removed from the order page because it was completed and shipped or about to be shipped. ordering weed on the internet can be very stressful in the beginning. With each order you will be more relaxed and less worried.

Some good news, I finally received an email from them indicating that the payment wasn't confirmed. I cleared it up by sending them a screenshot of the bank transfer confirmation I received from my bank. We did it through my wife's bank account, the names being different may have been the cause of confusion here.

I then received a confirmation email indicating my order was being processed and the order is appearing on my order page again. Feeling even more optimistic.

Initially, I felt communication was lacking when using the chat or the contact form, as I never received a reply through those avenues. However, since emailing the address listed, they have been corresponding with me adequately. I am now waiting for a tracking number for my order.

Just thought I'd update you all, weed-deals came through. There were a few mixups (partly my fault when I accidentally entered my old postal code in the order). Even though the person who responded to my email indicated they would revise the shipping address, it still ended up st my parents house somehow but it's all good!
