MOMS offering free shipping for orders 100+

I live in Ontario and I have been ordering most of my flowers from Simply budz in BC. Quality is ok but the main advantage is they offer free shipping for orders $99+...I have searching for other alternatives but most on line dispensary require minimum orders of $150+ for free shipping,
Any recommendations for quality MOM's offering $100 + free shipping...?
