Communication: Communication was great. Quick responses. Very professional. There was some confusion with the shipping on the shipping companies end. We communicated with each other until the package safely arrived at my house.

Packaging: Exceptional. It came wrapped neatly individually in 28-gram bags. Bagged. Inside a box with the free gift. Vacuum sealed. and securely wrapped.
