Communication: they are quick to reply through email. I also contacted them on Instagram as that is how I originally found them.

Packaging: the drink crystals came in a resealable bag. Clearly marked with the flavors and dosage. The THC lean came in glass bottles. When they arrived the bottles were individually wrapped in tissue and in their own bags then they were vacuum sealed together in a bag. The drink crystals came in their own vacuum sealed bag.

Damn looks good, I wish I knew about the sale I would of bought a bunch.

They taste great. If you down the whole bottle at once it would be pretty effective. I had the peach ice tea and Drank it within a hour and got really relaxed. The leans both taste absolutely amazing. Just had a sample can't comment on the potency.
